Kashmiris’ resolve to continue struggle reaffirmed

APHC Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and other Hurriyet leaders have reaffirmed Kashmiris’ resolve to continue the liberation struggle till they achieve their inalienable right to self-determination.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Professor Abdul Ghani Butt, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, Mohammad Yasin Malik, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Zafar Akbar Butt, and Hakeem Abdul Rashid addressing a seminar in Srinagar said that the Kashmir dispute was symbol of Indian imperialist mindset and the people of Kashmir were fully committed to defeat it.

The seminar was organized on the occasion of the 22nd death anniversary of the Iranian revolutionary leader, Aayatulloh Imam Ruhollah Khomeini.
The speakers emphasized that the Imam had set one of the best role models to achieve liberation from political bondage. They maintained that the teachings of the Imam would be followed to make the Kashmir movement a great success.
APHC leader, Yasmeen Raja, in a statement issued in Srinagar expressed serious concern over the plight of illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyet leaders and activists languishing in different jails.
